I am off to a good start on my 35 in 365. It has been neat to see what is already starting to come naturally and what will take more purposeful work. I have all sorts of ideas floating around my head (no smart comments Cathy) and this list is helpful in organizing those ideas.
Do you want to see what I have completed in January? Too bad, I am going to share anyway.
We had our writing day, crafting day and baking day. For our writing day we did Thank You notes from Christmas. They are all written, but not all sent out/given out. I need to find my bigger envelopes to save on postage for the Grandparents. We make a bigger Blessings Jar for our craft day. The girls did not think it was much of a craft day, but they will get over it. I encouraged them to work on their own crafts that day also. I made a million and one muffins on my baking day.
I made a yummy cheesecake for Ted for his Dessert of the Month Club. I made one for us too . We will sample it tomorrow night. It was not quite as tall as I had hoped, but I think that will save on calories, so that will be good in the long run.
I wrote in each of the kidlets notebooks one night when I was not feeling great. I need to do that more often. It is fun to write in those books. I love writing down the memories we are making.
Below is my updated list.
i. Print the list off.
Top Priorities and Spiritual Disciplines.
1. Read through my Bible. I will continue to read through the Old Testament Chronologically and read through the New Testament by reading a book or part of a book for 30 days at a time. I would also like to read through the New Testament twice, but I am not sure I can do that and keep up with the other plan. I am thoroughly enjoying reading my Bible on my iPod Touch using The Olive Tree App.
2. Listen through track 1 of our counseling course. (I need to put them on the computer and then onto Queen Bee.)
3. Go through The Way of the Master course again as a family.
4. Spend time in prayer in new and creative ways. (Organize our missionary prayer cards and prayer request cards.) We are using our prayer card holder and it has been such a blessing to ask God for little and big things and see God answer prayers and waiting for him to answer them.
5. Make Bible Memory cards to go into the prayer card holder. Then use them.
Others
1. Complete 5 stocking and finish off the other 6 as I can afford the yarn.
2. Engineering Camp for Thomas and a visit to NC A & T
3. Need to double check to see what is uploaded and what is not.

looks like you are off to a great start. I should write down things I would like to get done this year. Kids bickering a bunch– if they wake me in the morning they have to sit on there beds and write 20 things to be greatful for. Family doesn’t count as 5 only as 1. You can’t list a bunch of different kind of food. Food is only 1 also. heheheh the goal is to see postive things and get ways from the negative. They are preplanning lists.
Haahaa, that is great
